HNT Legal

HNT Legal is a Mumbai practice of advocates offering considered legal counsel to individuals, businesses and institutions.

The firm was founded on a straightforward conviction: that good legal work begins with listening carefully, understanding the full context of a matter, and advising honestly about what the law permits. From our chambers in Fort — in the heart of Mumbai's legal and financial district, opposite the Bombay Stock Exchange and a short walk from the Bombay High Court — we advise across criminal, civil, family and commercial matters.

We work as a small, attentive team so that every client receives direct, senior involvement. We value discretion, preparation and a measured approach over noise — and we hold ourselves to the professional standards set by the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa and the Bar Council of India.

More than twenty-five years of practice in criminal law, with a strong standing in dispute resolution.

Advocate Manoj Tiwari is the founder and principal advocate of HNT Legal. Coming from a family of lawyers, he has built a practice over more than twenty-five years centred on criminal law, alongside extensive work in dispute resolution and arbitration. He appears before the trial courts, the Bombay High Court and the Supreme Court of India, and leads the firm from its chambers in Fort, Mumbai.
